Hourly fees are $500 per hour for Jan and $500 for Chris. Initial deposit is $3,000 (or $2,000 to book a half day), split among the parties, and there is a $1000 cancellation fee if the mediation or arbitration is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date. There is a minimum charge of $2000 for a booked half day mediation and $3000 for a booked full day.
